We are seeking a candidate to serve as an **Operations Supervisor**, leading field teams and ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and that bikes are always in excellent working condition and ready to serve thousands of users. This position is essential for maintaining system fluidity, with strong emphasis on **operational team management, performance indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement**. **> Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate field teams (logistics, light maintenance, and bicycle replenishment). * Supervise schedules, shifts, and productivity to ensure efficient operational coverage. * Monitor fleet and stations via dashboards, apps, and internal tools. * Track and analyze operational indicators (KPIs), such as: unavailability rate, maintenance SLA, response time, and replenishment efficiency. * Identify deviations and implement action plans for continuous improvement. * Conduct training, provide feedback, and support team development. * Ensure compliance with processes, operational standards, and internal policies. * Guarantee proper use of PPE and team safety. * Collaborate with departments such as logistics, maintenance, and technology to resolve issues. * Support inventories and control of operational supplies. **> Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Experience leading operational teams (field/logistics). * Familiarity with shift scheduling, productivity management, and operational routines. * Experience tracking performance indicators (KPIs). * Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high-demand environments. **> Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of urban logistics and route planning. * Basic understanding of light maintenance (bicycles, e-scooters, or similar). * Experience with digital tools (Google Workspace, Trello, monitoring systems). **> Benefits Package:** * Health insurance: Unimed Compacto Enfermaria plan. * Dental insurance: Met Life. * Partnerships: (SESC, language courses, universities). * ICP \- Per company policy \- up to 1 monthly salary/year. * Extended maternity and paternity leave. * Meal/Voucher allowance: R$ 770.13/month. * Transportation voucher. * Private pension plan. * Employee bike plan. * Pet plan. * Life insurance. **> Important Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off. * Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM. * Location: São Francisco \- BH **> Why Join Us?** We are a growing company offering real opportunities for professional development and advancement.
