Support during labor inspections and audits An accounting firm is seeking an HR Payroll Analyst in São José da Lapa. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll, including social charges such as INSS, FGTS, eSocial, and DCTFWeb. Perform employee onboarding, offboarding, and vacation control for client companies. Provide customer service to portfolio clients, clarifying doubts and guiding them on HR department routines. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation in HR department routines. Support labor and social security-related inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations.
