With a specialized team, the company aims to deliver customized solutions for its clients. **Responsibilities:** A mining company is hiring for the following: Monitor the operational performance of the mineral processing plant (crushing and magnetic concentration). Be accountable for KPIs and achieve the company's established targets. Monitor process variables such as density, flow rate, particle size distribution, feed and product grades, and mass and metal recovery. Evaluate the operational efficiency of crushing, screening, magnetic separators, filter presses, cycloning, thickeners, and auxiliary equipment. Support operations in analyzing and correcting operational deviations. Monitor operational indicators and propose improvement actions. Provide technical guidance to operators regarding optimal equipment operating parameters. Support operational adjustments to ensure process stability and efficiency. Participate in the development and review of operating procedures. Support technical training for the operations team. Serve as the technical reference for routine operations. Support technical diagnosis of equipment failures in plants. Monitor preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance interventions. Assist in root cause analysis of operational and mechanical failures. Support operational testing after maintenance interventions. Validate operational conditions prior to equipment release. Analyze operational data and performance trends of plants. Prepare technical reports on operational performance. Identify opportunities for improvement in the mineral processing process. Support implementation of operational and technological improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support operational risk assessments. Participate in technical inspections and operational audits. Promote good operational practices and operational discipline. Manage the team. Previous experience as a Mineral Processing Supervisor, Plant Manager, Process Coordinator, or Mineral Processing Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
