Active participation in project and strategy management SERENG is an engineering company specialized in Projects, Consulting, Project Management, Technical Support, and Asset Management (Maintenance), operating across the broadest range of industrial sectors! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze data, identify problems, and propose effective solutions; * Standardize processes; * Conduct operational loss analyses to drive root cause identification; * Lead routine meetings with partners, stakeholders, procurement, project teams, operations, technology, and others; * Monitor field activities, provide instructions, and verify compliance with standards and guidelines; * Consolidate key portfolio and program indicators: * Break down strategy into management levels and support operational-level instructions; * Consolidate the progress schedule for the model plant and assist in interfacing with the ABB team; * Participate in workfront meetings for mechanical, operations, electrical, and automation disciplines, documenting and organizing information and managing action plans; * Implement and participate in implementation risk assessments, develop and direct mitigation strategies; * Implement financial management routines, including updating planning and execution forecasts, extracting SAP data, managing weekly updates of commitments and economic/financial execution; * Evaluate physical and economic portfolio performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions jointly with leaders; manage and maintain the BI dashboard up to date; * Prepare performance reports and executive presentations, and present them to stakeholders and at various meetings; * Organize various meetings, record agendas and topics, and manage action plans; * Manage the lifecycle of model plant contracts, handle documentation control, nominations, service orders, executions, and balances; * Physically track activities against consolidated and detailed schedules to manage project progress; * Develop and manage procurement maps and plans, identify bottlenecks, resolve constraints, and manage action plans; * Build and manage roadmaps describing the project’s strategic vision, including milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies among initiatives; * Build and manage KPIs representing program progress; build, manage, update monitoring dashboards, and conduct critical analysis; * Develop CAPEX structure and supporting documentation for budget justification and fund allocation; manage related processes and update documents and information; * Be responsible for BI dashboards, one-pagers, presentation materials, reports, and structural controls, including presentation and critical analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Engineering degree (preferably in **Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering**) **Additional Information** * Competitive salary; * Life insurance; * Health plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Gym Pass / Wellhub.
