Negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction Procurement Supervisor\- 1313 An infrastructure company based in Itabira, MG is looking for a committed Procurement Supervisor with an analytical profile, experience in procurement, process management, and team leadership to perform the following duties: * Lead the procurement department * Manage the warehouse to ensure effective inventory control * Monitor and validate procurement activities * Develop new suppliers * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement * Conduct cost reduction studies and implement improvements * Supervise the procurement and supply chain team * Manage contracts, negotiations, and supplier relationships * Control operational expenses * Prepare reports Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Leadership profile * Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, etc.) * Proven experience in the field * Analytical and independent mindset * Proactivity and innovation * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams * Skills in negotiation, people management, strategic analysis, and decision-making Compensation and Benefits: * Salary to be negotiated (competitive market rate) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Mobility card * Discounts at gyms * Meal allowance card Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Mobility card * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance card of R$ 500.00 * Discounts at gyms
