Requirements: * Completed or ongoing degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields, with specialization in business management, quality, or project management; * Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn process automation software; * Experience with quality tools is desirable; * Experience with management practices is desirable; * Organized, disciplined, and proactive. * On-site work required in Bela Vista de Minas/MG
