**Job Description:** **Metrology Coordinator** Belo Horizonte/MG Employment Type: CLT **Job Description** A company specializing in calibration and qualification of laboratory medical equipment is seeking a **Senior Equipment Qualification and Calibration Technician** to manage calibration and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and operational deadlines. The professional will be responsible for coordinating the technical team, supervising metrological processes, and ensuring result reliability—both in the laboratory and on-site customer visits. **Responsibilities** Coordinate calibration activities for measurement instruments (Thermal, Chemical, Mass, Specific Volume, Time) Supervise and validate thermal qualification processes for equipment Validate calibration certificates and thermal qualification reports in accordance with current standards Manage the technical team (task allocation, performance monitoring, and development) Ensure traceability of reference standards used Guarantee adherence to service deadlines and quality Engage in technical communication with clients Support internal and external audits Implement and monitor quality management system processes Assist in organizing and controlling laboratory equipment and reference standards **Requirements** Technical or higher education degree in Metrology, Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields Solid experience in instrument calibration — minimum 3 years Experience in thermal qualification of equipment — minimum 3 years Experience in technical team management or leadership — minimum 3 years Knowledge of quality standards Willingness to travel Valid driver's license category B **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in an accredited laboratory Knowledge of measurement uncertainty calculation Familiarity with quality management systems Knowledge of the Metroex system **Behavioral Profile** Leadership and people management Organization and attention to detail Commitment to meeting deadlines Proactivity and decision-making ability Strong communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team **Compensation and Benefits** Highly competitive salary and bonus Transportation allowance Meal/food allowance Opportunities for professional growth **Employment Type: Full-time CLT** **Work Location: On-site** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Company vehicle Selection Questions: * Do you have experience with measurement instrument calibration? * Do you have experience with thermal qualification of equipment? * Have you managed or led a technical team? * Are you available for business travel? * Do you hold a valid driver's license category B? * How many people have you directly supervised? * Please describe your experience managing a metrology laboratory. * Have you validated calibration certificates and technical reports? * Have you developed thermal qualification protocols?
