




**Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsibilities: Manage and implement occupational safety programs in compliance with current legislation (NRs, PGR, GRO, etc.); Coordinate and monitor internal and external safety audits; Conduct risk assessments, accident investigations, and propose corrective and preventive actions; Develop and conduct occupational safety training and awareness campaigns; Provide technical support to operational leadership and related areas; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to mining; Monitor safety performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans; Collaborate with environmental, health, and operations teams to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with completed postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; Active registration with CREA; Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational safety within the mining sector; Practical knowledge of applicable NRs, especially NR-22 (Mining), NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35; Proficiency in risk analysis tools (JHA, HAZOP, etc.) and incident investigation methods (fault tree, 5 Whys); Proficient in Office suite and management systems (e.g., SOC, Senior, SAP EHS or similar); Full availability to work on-site (mine), full-time.
