Organized, analytical, and autonomous profile We are looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant to join the Financial Services team at a fintech specializing in credit solutions for condominiums. For this role, prior experience or exposure to financial operations, credit, and contract management is essential, as well as knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level). We seek an organized, analytical candidate with attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. Essentially, the selected candidate will be responsible for daily operations and contract management tasks, ensuring process organization, compliance, and efficiency — with contract drafting as the top priority, representing approximately 70% of the time, and the remaining 30% dedicated to collections activities. **Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:** * Organizing, verifying, and monitoring internal documents and processes. * Drafting, controlling, monitoring, and updating contracts. * Liaising with internal departments to support operational and contractual activities. * Supporting the Credit team in operational analyses, collections follow-up, and internal controls. * Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, internal systems, and operational KPIs. * Analyzing financial data, such as delinquency rates, fees, and credit performance. * Identifying and suggesting improvements to operational and contractual processes. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Financial Management, Business Processes, or related fields (Mandatory). * Experience or exposure to financial operations, credit, and contract management (Mandatory). * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (basic to intermediate level) (Mandatory). * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail and ability to work autonomously (Mandatory). * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively (Mandatory). * Interest in finance, credit, operations, and contracts (Mandatory). * Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (internal teams, clients, property managers, notary offices) and communicate assertively (Mandatory). * Capacity to manage workload peaks and perform under pressure (Mandatory). * Experience working in a fintech environment, collaborative culture, and no dress code (Desirable). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive benefits to be detailed during the selection process. * Market-competitive remuneration, to be discussed during the selection process. **Additional Information:** * **Work Model:** Hybrid (with 1 remote workday; flexible for 2 or more days depending on location, at Av.
