Therefore, here you will find people from different places and backgrounds who believe in the importance of unity and in the power of support and inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct and assist with sampling activities—potable water, wastewater, groundwater, soil and sediment collection, surface or deep water, and waste—according to applicable standards and procedures; * Sort and organize supplies and equipment required to perform tasks; * Be available for travel when necessary, according to the schedule defined by the department; * Use required tools and equipment to carry out tasks, measuring field parameters and handling samples in accordance with appropriate procedures and utensils; * Be responsible for generated field records, correctly completing sampling documentation; * Ensure and be responsible for preserving collected samples in compliance with current standards and procedures; * Ensure and be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of vehicles, tools, and equipment used during sampling. **Requirements and Qualifications** For this position, the following qualifications are required: * Completed undergraduate degree or technical diploma in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related fields. * Availability for travel; * Driver’s license Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
