Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe. #JoinAlvoarDairy **Responsibilities and Duties** * Test, calibrate, and configure machinery and equipment; * Start up and operate machinery and equipment according to technical procedures and specifications; * Monitor boiler operation, verifying all relevant parameters for optimal performance and taking necessary corrective actions; * Operate pumping systems, controlling flow rate, temperature, pressure, and other critical operational parameters; * Record boiler operational data, prepare operational reports, and interpret production reports; * Manage inventory levels of supply tanks; * Interpret operational technical standards; * Inspect machinery and equipment operation and monitor maintenance activities to identify defects or malfunctions, promptly requesting repairs when needed; * Perform all routine maintenance and cleaning tasks for machinery and equipment in accordance with operational technical standards; * Carry out minor repairs as permitted by technical qualification; * Maintain the machine area; * Assess required materials and supplies for operations and submit new requisitions when necessary; * Verify availability of supporting materials, such as communication devices, quality control documents, required certifications, and others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Boiler operation experience; knowledge of occupational safety, food safety, and 5S methodology. * Mandatory training: NR13 (Boilers and Pressure Vessels). * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meals provided at the company; * Group life insurance; * Education incentive program; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * UNIMED health plan; * Optional dental plan; * Dairy benefits; * Online store for discounted product purchases; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) based on goal achievement.
