At the executive level, we have a President and two directors; and among our staff, we have approximately 1,000 direct employees and 200 indirect employees, including leadership, sales, after-sales, parts, and administrative roles. **The Destaque Group, today a market reference in the automotive industry, is seeking an Office Assistant to join its team.** **What do we expect from you?** We seek professionals committed to achieving their goals and dedicated to delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering engagement between our brand and the manufacturer. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will be as follows:** ------------------------------ * Receive customer payments for services, parts, and accessories. * Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. * Verify cash, credit/debit cards, and checks received. * Perform daily cash closing, ensuring accuracy of amounts. * Enter receipt information into the internal system. * Report financial discrepancies to your immediate supervisor. * Provide courteous customer service, offering basic payment-related information. * Safeguard and ensure security of documents and funds. **Requirements and qualifications** **What are we looking for?** ------------------- **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Education: Completed High School; * Completed High School (Technical training in Administration or Accounting preferred). * Prior experience as cashier or in related administrative/financial roles. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Academic background: Currently pursuing a university degree, preferably in Administration. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Fundamental financial mathematics. **Additional information** **Where will you work?** ---------------------------- * Your base location will be Atibaia. * This is a 100% on-site opportunity; * Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **As we value people, check out our benefits when you join our team:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * We care about your health!
