Every day presents an opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for registering, archiving, storing, cataloging, and digitizing administrative documents from the factory, ensuring information organization and reliability, as well as supporting resolution of related requests; * Control document entry and exit, performing system registrations and making appropriate updates to ensure correct organization and facilitate future searches; * Assist in implementing and complying with occupational health and safety standards, procedures, and actions, contributing to promoting a prevention culture and adherence to established guidelines; * Manage reservations and support control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Collaborate in scheduling and monitoring safety training sessions; * Support consolidation of information and development of internal controls; * Perform other related activities, as required by the department; * Maintain equipment under your responsibility and ensure workplace organization; * Comply with current corporate norms, procedures, and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
