**Responsibilities**
Responsible for providing medical care to employees in cases of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, referring them to INSS medical evaluations when necessary, and assessing and identifying alternatives to minimize such occurrences, thereby contributing to improved employee health. Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and termination medical examinations, as well as examinations for job function changes and return-to-work assessments, utilizing computerized systems; Map pathologies causing absenteeism. Notify the Occupational Medical Coordinator of potential occupational diseases and work-related accidents for appropriate measures in accordance with legislation. Participate in the annual planning of health, preventive, and educational campaigns, as well as deliver awareness lectures regarding occupational health issues; Certify the validity of submitted medical certificates; Provide guidance on occupational disease prevention to employees and their dependents, and prepare general information bulletins for dissemination; Guide and participate in accident prevention and fire-fighting campaigns upon request.
**Knowledge**
Desirable knowledge of PCMSO (Program for Control of Occupational Health Hazards); Regulatory Standards (Ordinance/3214\-78\); Labor and Social Security Legislation; Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level). Two years of experience in this field or related areas is desirable.
**Experience**
Six months of experience in this field or related areas.
**Education**
Completed Postgraduate Degree
**Qualification**
Medical degree with specialization in Occupational Safety. Mandatory registration with the Medical Council (CRM).
Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Degree \- Specialization/MBA
