Involvement in training and quality management Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Driver's license category A/B. * High school diploma. * NR 10 and 35\. * Experience in the operations sector and/or telecommunications companies. Desirable Requirements: * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Communicative profile; * Dynamic profile; * Courses related to the field; * Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system; * Provide feedback on conducted follow-ups and inspections; * Continuously update knowledge of operational processes; * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by superiors; * Support the development of training content and updates to training materials; * Conduct customer site visits to assess service quality, fiber anchoring, router installation location, possible damages, connectorization, etc.; * Support daily team routines under supervision or coordination guidance; * Evaluate and monitor field teams' use of PPE and service quality; * Inspect vehicles, tools, uniforms, PPE, engineering controls (EPC), among others; * Assist the training instructor with new employees or refresher training; * When necessary, recommend/suggest disciplinary measures; * Monitor material returns when required; * Conduct risk analysis; * Provide support in handling service complaints to collect information serving as a basis for decision-making; * Guide, monitor, and evaluate learning; * Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Understand and comply with regulatory procedures relevant to one's activity and department; * Maintain organization of individual or shared workspaces; * Record and document inspections, workshops, and laboratories; * Guide, monitor, and evaluate team learning/performance; * Participate in developing instructional resources aligned with scheduled activity objectives; * Identify and communicate major training needs to produce and deliver them to technical teams. 251113020246696783
