This position is based in Feira de Santana / BA. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for cutting-edge technology roles. Perform active candidate sourcing and build qualified talent pipelines for various countries across Latin America. Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring alignment with both cultural and technical requirements. Maintain close relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting in a consultative capacity. Input and manage data in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring data quality. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements to recruitment processes. Contribute to strengthening the employer brand across the LATAM region.
