




Job Summary: An administrative and customer service professional responsible for patient registration, human-centered service, and supply control in a laboratory or clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the role within a laboratory or clinic, or equivalent experience in customer service and administrative routines. Strong communication skills, proactivity, responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail are required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (EXPECTED RESULTS): 1\. Register patients with the tests prescribed by the physician; 2\. Serve patients, suppliers, and service providers with empathy and courtesy in a human-centered manner, consistently offering solutions to various difficulties they may encounter; 3\. Issue invoices; 4\. Record purchase invoices for supplies; 5\. Monitor incoming and outgoing supplies from the warehouse; 6\. Verify and file medical service authorization forms and reports according to established standards.
