




Job Summary: A professional responsible for store process and people management, sales, customer prospecting and follow-up, and administrative support for the store. Key Highlights: 1. Action planning and goal tracking **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor \- PJ * Manage store processes and personnel; * Conduct resume screening and interviews; * Develop and implement strategies and actions for team training, development/motivation; * Keep the team updated on internal processes and company guidelines; * Continuously align sales guidelines/strategies with the team; * Perform sales and provide support to the sales team; * Serve customers in person; * Serve customers via inbound channels; * Proactively prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (door-to-door) activities and at strategic locations; * Track/register local customers in the CRM to build a customer portfolio; * Monitor the registration of new proposals in the system; * Track customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Monitor declined applications from the analysis desk for possible re-evaluation; * Collaborate with the regional office to track sales origination; * Send invoices to customers after sale completion; * Participate in store action planning together with the regional office; * Follow sales guidelines provided by the regional office; * Monitor progress toward goal achievement; * Provide feedback to the team; * Conduct post-sales follow-up with customers; * Purchase consumables, office supplies, and cleaning items for the unit; * Send physical copies of contracts and invoices to Headquarters; * Prepare financial reporting for the unit; * Collaborate with the regional office on marketing initiatives (once per month); * Monitor store delinquency; * Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and presentation. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed: Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Benefits:** No benefits reported
