Job Summary: The professional will conduct risk analyses, evaluate equipment, perform cleaning tasks, collect samples, and monitor processes to ensure operational safety and quality. Conduct Preliminary Risk Analysis at the start of activities, listing and requesting appropriate authorizations for critical tasks, as well as maintaining sector safety rules. 02\. Assess operating conditions of machines and equipment. 03\. Perform cleaning of dust extraction system ducts across all shifts. 04\. Load agricultural limestone trucks from silos 6 and 7\. 05\. Direct cleaning activities with support from company machinery. 06\. Maintain crusher feed hoppers full of crushed stone by periodically monitoring hopper replenishment. 07\. Collect virgin lime samples from trucks for laboratory submission. 08\. Collect limestone powder samples and perform granulometric testing. 09\. Measure limestone and ground virgin lime silos at three points at 06:00 and 14:00 hours for fill-level control. 10\. Measure all silos at three measurement points at 00:00 hours for production closure. 11\. Support grinding line cleanings when material flow is low. 12\. Perform wood measurement on trucks and gasifier feeding. 13\. Support operational cleaning of gasifiers and other furnace equipment. 14\. Collect ground material below mills hourly and perform tactile and visual analysis. 15\. Monitor trailer weighing on scales, ensuring material overloads are avoided. 16\. Communicate and make immediate decisions in coordination with panel operators to restore process or quality; 17\. Conduct periodic field equipment inspections, while keeping equipment and work areas clean, organized, and supporting selective waste collection; 18\. Promote actions, comply with standards and procedures, and existing corporate policies to raise awareness among employees and managers and disseminate the culture of adherence to internal safety rules, practices, and objectives; 19\.
