MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Description

Job Summary: The professional will plan and coordinate maintenance activities, supervise execution, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and monitor team performance to achieve continuous process improvement. Technical support, guidance, and training for teams Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate maintenance activities based on needs analysis; * Supervise maintenance activity execution through internal audits; * Ensure compliance with quality standards through internal audits; * Monitor maintenance team performance through periodic evaluations; * Propose maintenance process improvements through studies and analyses; * Provide technical support, guidance, and training to teams; * Ensure compliance with safety standards through internal audits; * Promote a preventive maintenance culture through engagement initiatives; * Participate in strategic planning meetings through clear and efficient communication; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes; * Attend safety and maintenance technique training sessions; * Be directly accountable for maintenance department results; * Interface with production, engineering, quality, and occupational safety departments. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in maintenance management, reliability, or related areas is desirable; * Experience managing maintenance teams; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Practical experience and availability to perform strategic and operational management; * Willingness to reside in the João Pessoa metropolitan region.
