




The Logistics Control Tower Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating control tower activities, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s logistics and operational processes. This professional will serve as the central point of contact for managing logistics flows, monitoring deliveries, optimizing processes, and resolving issues related to transportation and distribution of less-than-truckload (LTL) and full-load cargo. Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the logistics control tower, including monitoring pickups and deliveries. Supervise and optimize transportation activities, ensuring compliance with company deadlines and procedures. Analyze performance of internal and external customers. Monitor logistics processes in real time, identifying and quickly resolving operational issues. Manage and track performance indicators (KPIs), aiming for continuous improvement in operations. Interact with internal teams to align logistics requirements. Support the implementation of new processes or technologies to enhance control tower efficiency. Train and develop the control tower operational team. Manage drivers’ work schedules. Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Prior experience in logistics, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role. Knowledge of logistics management tools and systems (TMS, WMS, etc.). Leadership and team management skills. Analytical ability and results orientation. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Desirable knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and process improvement. Advanced Excel proficiency.
