If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Construction Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise work execution in accordance with project plans, schedules, and technical standards. * **Team Management:** Lead in-house and outsourced teams, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity. * **Project Interpretation:** Analyze technical drawings and guide the team on construction methods and details. * **Quality Control:** Ensure correct execution of work, prevent rework, and guarantee technical compliance. * **Occupational Safety:** Monitor compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). * **Planning and Communication:** Support project planning, control material usage, and maintain continuous communication with engineering. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and monitor construction phases. * Schedule, material, measurement, and site record control. * Leadership and coordination of in-house and outsourced teams. * Clear communication, organization, and on-site decision-making skills. * High school diploma preferred. * Construction experience and occupational safety certifications (NR 01, NR 06, and NR 18\). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance \- Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with co-payment \- 30%); * Dental Insurance \- Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Voucher; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; PLR \- Profit Sharing Program. * On our journey, we dream big and constantly strive for more.
