We are seeking a Squad Leader with a degree in Information Technology to lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic environment focused on innovation, experimentation, and the use of Artificial Intelligence. Actively apply agile methodologies—facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement. Encourage practical application of Artificial Intelligence and automation in products and processes. Lead experimentation initiatives such as PoCs, MVPs, and A/B testing. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and foster a psychologically safe environment. **Mandatory requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development. Proven experience in IT projects using agile methodologies and working within multidisciplinary digital product teams. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence—including foundational concepts, usage of tools or APIs, and understanding of applied use cases in processes and decision-making. Experience in agile environments, with active participation in sprints, planning, backlog management, and incremental deliveries. Availability for hybrid work in Belo Horizonte, including regular office attendance. Flexible, adaptable profile comfortable with uncertainty and strongly interested in innovation and technology. **Desirable qualifications:** Prior experience as a Squad Leader, Tech Lead, Chapter Leader, Scrum Master, or similar role. Certifications in agile methodologies and/or in AI, data, or cloud domains. Experience with user-centered digital products, agile project management tools, cloud environments, and system integrations. Work history in organizations with cultures of experimentation, squads, tribes, and OKRs.
