Provide support to administrative teams in procurement, finance, and billing regarding unit operations. Maintain active relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor product and service deliveries. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality at the unit. Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards, government regulations, and internal company policies. Track and record invoices in the system to ensure financial accuracy and operational control. Provide support and guidance to operational teams, assisting in resolving day-to-day issues. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields. Prior experience in operations management within clinical units, hospitals, or healthcare services. Knowledge of administrative processes, inventory control, and supplier management. Problem-solving skills, process optimization capabilities, and ability to maintain an efficient operational environment. Organizational skills, clear communication, and an analytical mindset.
