Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Innovation, Modular Construction, Lean Construction, or related areas is desirable. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with focus on industrialization, technological innovation, or operational improvement projects. * Knowledge of offsite construction methods, feasibility analysis, project management, and agile methodologies. * Map trends and innovation opportunities applicable to the construction industry, especially at construction sites; * Research, develop, and propose offsite and industrialized solutions with potential productivity and efficiency gains; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for proposed innovations; * Develop business plans for implementing new construction and operational solutions; * Coordinate field innovation pilots, monitoring tests, validations, and lessons learned; * Collaborate synergistically with operational and technical departments to ensure applicability and scalability of innovative solutions. 2512190202551596177
