If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Directly responsible for coordinating and planning construction projects; * Develop action plans to control project scheduling; * Supervise and allocate teams according to project needs; * Manage attendance records, frequency, and productivity of employees; * Oversee material requisitions via the Sienge platform; * Monitor storage and organization of materials under your responsibility; * Track team productivity and performance metrics; * Conduct measurement of third-party companies, as well as supervision and control of their services; * Ensure compliance with short-, medium-, and long-term schedules; * Supervise and guarantee adherence to safety regulations at construction sites; * Develop action plans for quality supervision and control of executed services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in a similar role; * Experience in vertical concrete wall construction using industrialized systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with tools such as Prevision, ZWCad or similar. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance – SulAmérica and Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s listed value, with co-payment – 30%); * Dental Insurance – Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance – MetLife; * Meal Voucher; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * On-site physical exercise programs – Functional Training and Running; * Discounts on undergraduate, postgraduate, and MBA programs at partner institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * Profit-sharing program.
