The challenges awaiting you at your next destination are: * Ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with the conditions and restrictions of certificates issued by authorities, and in compliance with GOL’s regulations and standards; * Identifying and reporting hazards in operations; * Contributing to achieving Safety Objectives and performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs) assigned to your area; * Ensuring flight weight and balance operations are conducted in accordance with company standards, national and international laws, and as established in the Operations Specifications (O.S.); * Requesting flight planning information from the OFD, provided that the estimated payload is communicated, along with any other relevant information; * Knowing and respecting the maximum payload limit and the amount of fuel to be loaded, as determined by the OFD; * Preparing the aircraft loading instruction based on available information (LDM message, local boarding, aircraft limitations, etc.), respecting the limits imposed by the aircraft manufacturer and/or Operations Engineering regarding weight and center of gravity; * Instructing Orange CAP and/or third-party companies on the loading plan; * Completing the balance chart and MPMT when the flight is conducted manually; * Preparing LIR, Loadsheet, and LDM when the flight is conducted electronically; * Sending operational messages (LIR, LDM, Loadsheet, among others). 251228020249648508
