Support controller functions by contributing to the accurate execution of financial controls, basic budgetary analyses, and consolidation of cost, revenue, and expense information. Ensure reliability of operational data used by the team and management, focusing on supporting monthly closings and compliance with methodologies and policies defined by the controller area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify fiscal documents from third-party units, validating CNPJ, amounts, accounting accounts, cost centers, application, and purpose, ensuring data integrity prior to system entry; * Validate bank statements, verifying per diem credits and operational lines according to financial control reports; * Register third-party contracts (collections, deliveries, and daily workers) in the system, following guidance and standards defined by the controller team; * Process redelivery write-offs based on invoices, receipts, and reports submitted by third-party units; * Query, verify, and validate GRs (Goods Receipts) from branches and third-party units, ensuring financial and documentary compliance; * Support accounting entries, simple reconciliations, and operational reviews in the system under the guidance of a mid-level or senior analyst; * Organize, maintain, and archive spreadsheets, reports, and financial documents, ensuring an updated historical record for monthly closings; * Support the area’s budget planning, monitoring actual performance and contributing to alignment of results with goals defined in the company’s strategic plan; * Report to direct and/or indirect leaders on area processes, projects, and action plans, as well as challenges and needs for sustaining area results and business viability; * Promote Expresso São Miguel’s purpose, vision, and values within the unit, perpetuating company culture and achievement of organizational strategic objectives; * Disseminate updates on policies, processes, and other guidelines issued by the corporate office and company board. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting; * Experience in controller or budgeting areas. **Additional Information** With **31 years** of experience in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
