Preparation of detailed environmental studies and reports Biologist I is responsible for developing, implementing, and documenting environmental licensing activities—including wildlife surveys, wildlife monitoring, preparation of environmental projects and reports—under the supervision of the Coordinator and Sector Leader. This professional operates in accordance with current environmental regulations, contributing to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. Develop work plans for conducting wildlife surveys and monitoring. Perform field collections, identifying and cataloging wildlife species. Prepare necessary environmental studies for environmental licensing. Propose wildlife mitigation measures based on study results. Analyze field-collected data using statistical tools. Prepare detailed technical reports presenting wildlife study results. Ensure all field activities and reports comply with current environmental legislation. Stay updated on changes in environmental regulations and their implications for projects. Be responsible for cleanliness and organization of their work area. Maintain and request maintenance for equipment under their responsibility. Perform other duties as requested by superiors and consistent with their role.
