Description: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Postgraduate degree in Accounting or related fields; Experience in the accounting area; Active CRC/SC registration desirable; Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Calculate corporate income tax (IRPJ) and social contribution on net profit (CSLL), according to the company's adopted tax regime, through information systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Periodically prepare financial statements using available tools and systems, to meet potential external audits and ensure compliance with current legislation; * Provide support to other analysts in the area through training and guidance, ensuring all routines are performed according to established procedures and departmental standards; * Perform necessary configurations in available systems for correct execution of internal procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and ancillary obligations; * Develop workflows, routines, and actions for other departments when necessary, through analysis of area processes, aiming to reduce impacts or errors and achieve organizational goals and targets; * Prepare departmental reports using available tools and systems to promote process improvements and support managerial decision-making; * Perform accounting entries and prepare accounting reports using available tools and systems, adhering to pre-established work instructions, to correctly and timely calculate taxes and submit the company's ancillary obligations; * Conduct verification and submission of accounting information and ancillary obligations according to established frequency and deadlines via electronic files and systems, ensuring compliance with current legislation; * Monitor and analyze changes and updates in legislation related to accounting processes, ensuring procedural regularity within the organization and compliance during external audits; * Develop and monitor action plans for accounting team activities through analysis of performance indicators and reports on recurring non-conformities, ensuring operational processes follow company policies and procedures; * Review internal work instructions whenever necessary to ensure adherence to procedures, respecting company norms and policies, promoting continuous process improvement; * Assist in recruitment and selection processes for positions within the department following standard company procedures, meeting staffing requirements according to established evaluation criteria; * Receive, organize, and archive documentation from individuals following standard digital storage procedures, providing timely access to documents for relevant departments and ensuring proper document storage; * Control and prepare declarations based on individual documentation, following departmental procedures and regulations, contributing to resolving departmental demands; * Perform fiscal and accounting records for individuals using available systems and tools, contributing to compliance with current legislation; * Periodically prepare, verify, and submit Individual Taxpayer Declarations (DIPF) using available tools and systems, ensuring compliance with the Federal Revenue regulatory agency; * Periodically prepare, verify, and submit accounting and tax ancillary obligations through available electronic filing tools and systems, contributing to compliance with current legislation; * Prepare and manage reports related to payments to individuals using available tools and systems, generating data and information for interested departments and supporting decision-making. * Comply with standard operating and workplace safety procedures at the company and third-party establishments (clients); * Ensure proper organization and maintenance of equipment, tools, goods, and products provided or handled by the company; * Perform other related duties as required by the position and the company, respecting organizational values and principles. 2509170202251755874
