Development in HR processes and internal marketing **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the management of legal documents related to Occupational Safety (PGR/PPRA, PCMSO, CAT, among others); Assist in scheduling and monitoring admission, periodic, return-to-work, and dismissal ASOs; Manage delivery, return, inventory, and records of PPEs and uniforms; Support the organization of mandatory trainings (NRs, onboarding sessions, DDS, SIPAT, and others); Maintain spreadsheets and controls up to date, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; Support hiring and termination processes, including document verification, system registration, and file organization; Provide support for recruitment and selection processes; Support internal marketing initiatives, internal communication, and corporate events; Support new employee onboarding/integration; Assist employees with HR-related inquiries; Support departmental administrative routines and other HR tasks as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Technical: Completed high school education; Basic knowledge of HR and/or Occupational Safety routines; Proficiency with controls, spreadsheets, and systems.
