Therefore, we are looking for an **Architecture Analyst** who wants to build an extraordinary legacy alongside us. **If you have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Archicad; * A technical qualification in Building Construction is a plus **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing architectural and complementary projects; * Overseeing projects from initial development through interdepartmental coordination and integration; * Developing advertising materials for project launches: 3D images, humanized floor plans, brochures, and folders; * Liaising with suppliers and partners to clarify specifications and obtain quotations; * Visiting construction sites to present designs and verify services.
