Description: An international trade company headquartered in Vitória/ES, with branches in Alagoas, Texas, and Florida (USA), is seeking a professional to serve as a Relationship Manager. We are looking for someone with clear communication skills, a professional demeanor, and attention to personal presentation. This role involves serving customers in Brazil, working internally, and representing the company during in-person visits, trade fairs, and events. The professional will play a strategic role in strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers, while also pursuing new opportunities, thereby contributing to the company's growth and market consolidation. Compensation and Benefits: * Fixed fee: R$ 4.000,00 (PJ) * Transportation allowance: R$ 1.50/km driven * Performance Bonus 01: fixed amount per client portfolio managed * Performance Bonus 02: percentage of the client's results Desired Requirements: Personal Requirements (Mandatory) * Completed technical or undergraduate degree. * Availability for occasional travel. * Driver's license category B. * Residency in Greater Vitória. * Personal vehicle. Professional Experience and Competencies (Essential) * Proven experience in external commercial relationship management, including in-person client visits. * Ability to prospect, receive, visit, and maintain customer relationships. * Experience in face-to-face customer service and client portfolio maintenance.
