Within Marca Ambiental’s Eco-Industries Park, diverse waste streams gain new life and, once valorized, re-enter the production chain through circular means. IT ANALYST JOB DESCRIPTION We are expanding our team and seeking a talented and motivated professional to engage in the development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evolution of technological solutions that drive our internal processes and ensure the company’s operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Develop and implement improvements and customizations in the Sankhya ERP system, aligned with business needs. * Create, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, action buttons, screens, business rules, and system integrations. * Support the implementation of corporate processes, contributing to their optimization and standardization. * Provide technical support to internal users (head office and branches), ensuring ERP stability, usability, and performance. * Prepare technical documentation and establish standards for developed systems, ensuring their maintainability and evolution. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience with the Sankhya ERP system, including customizations, implementation, and support. Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and problem-solving focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of SQL Server. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Java and HTML. * Experience with BI tools and data analysis.
