




JOB SUMMARY Coordinate and supervise the expedition team's activities, ensuring all tasks are carried out efficiently and with quality. Plan and develop delivery routes, considering both the metropolitan region and external areas, ensuring optimal fleet utilization. Monitor vehicle scheduling and release for pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics, including analysis of availability and maintenance status. Issue and verify essential documents such as Electronic Transport Bills (CTEs), Cargo Manifests, and Pickup Orders prior to vehicle release. Track and manage non-conformance incidents, proposing solutions and improvements to the expedition process. Guide drivers—both company-owned and third-party—on operational procedures, delivery schedules, and adherence to timetables. Organize and maintain departmental documentation orderly, facilitating internal audits and reviews, and ensuring proper record cataloging. Maintain strict control over loading operations, ensuring compliance and correct documentation for future audits of the Integrated Management System (SGI). Report to management any irregularities detected related to the Freight Rate Table or Quotations, ensuring operational transparency. Promote workplace organization and cleanliness, safeguarding safety and preserving departmental files and equipment. Perform other activities relevant to the department’s daily operations, contributing to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
