




Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality and architectural evolution of scalable, high-performance corporate systems. Active participation in discovery processes and architectural evolution We are looking for a Tech Lead to assume technical leadership of a multidisciplinary team, supporting developers and QAs in building scalable, sustainable, and high-performance corporate solutions. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring code quality and engineering best practices, as well as directly participating in development, system architectural evolution, and active involvement in discovery processes. We seek a candidate with solid experience in the .NET ecosystem, proven experience with Delphi, strong analytical ability, autonomy, and clear communication. **Minimum Experience:** \+5 years of proven experience with .NET (Core and Framework) \+3 years of proven experience with Delphi \+3 years of proven experience in technical leadership of teams **Education:** Bachelor's degree in: Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. **Required Skills:** – C\# / .NET (Core and Framework) – Delphi – Development and architectural patterns – Messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar) – Application modeling (DDD, Clean Architecture, etc.) – SOLID principles and OOP best practices – Unit testing and TDD – Docker / Containerization – Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, New Relic, etc.) – GIT / Version control – Integration with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services – Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) **Desirable:** – CI/CD and deployment automation – Microservices architecture – Experience with DevOps practices – Observability (tracing, distributed logging) – Software security Hybrid work in Curitiba, from 08:00 to 17:00\.
