The professional will be responsible for the entire requirements lifecycle—from conception through to maintenance of complex systems. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Elicitation and Management:** Conduct interviews, workshops, and observations with stakeholders to gather needs. * **Technical Documentation:** Draft use cases, user stories, and functional specifications. * **Modeling:** Manage requirements, versions, and history using the tool **Enterprise Architect (EA)**. * **Quality and Testing:** Define acceptance criteria, ensure requirements compliance, and actively participate in testing phases. * **Strategic Support:** Manage requirement conflicts and gaps and provide technical support during procurement processes. **Required Qualifications (Mandatory)** * **Experience:** Minimum of **7 years proven experience** as a Requirements Analyst. * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis or related fields. * **Tools:** Proficiency with the **Enterprise Architect (EA)** tool and modeling techniques. * **Languages:** Intermediate English (technical reading and writing). * **Location:** Full availability for **100% on-site work** in Taquari (Lago Norte). **Preferred Qualifications** * **CPRE** certification (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering). **Compensation and Benefits (Premium Package)** * **Base Salary:** R$ 12.508,51 (CLT). * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 1.700,00 (no payroll deduction). * **Food Voucher:** R$ 777,00 (no payroll deduction). * **Healthcare:** Health and dental insurance (covers dependents, no payroll deduction). * **Transportation:** Transportation voucher as per legislation. **Working Hours** * 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
