We are looking for a Systems Analyst who wants to join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements; * Identify, analyze, and resolve business and system problems; * Participate in effort and timeline estimation for software development; * Develop functional or conceptual prototypes to support proposed solutions; * Facilitate analysis and refinement sessions and support the development team; * Ensure product adherence to defined requirements, deadlines, and quality standards; * Execute and monitor product backlog tasks, respecting prioritization defined by the Product Owner; * Support task distribution and monitoring of the backlog with the team; * Clarify technical and functional questions during activity execution; * Support delivery validation and feedback collection for the developed product; * Participate in meetings led by the Facilitator or project management; * Write user stories clearly, objectively, and verifiably; * Decompose prioritized stories into technical tasks; * Keep task boards and tracking artifacts consistently updated; * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support requirements elicitation, impact analysis, artifact creation, documentation review, and decision-making—always with critical validation and technical responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Systems Development, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. **Experience in**: * Creating analysis and modeling artifacts using UML; * Negotiating and aligning requirements with technical and business areas; * Decomposing and structuring complex problems; * Leading and organizing technical and functional meetings; * Proven participation in software development projects; * Practical experience with agile software development methodologies; * Analytical profile with strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to manage change and handle requirement impacts; * Capacity to use Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity, work organization, and information analysis—with critical judgment and compliance with security and confidentiality standards. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of accounting and tax processes; * Experience in mobile projects (Android and iOS); * Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript programming; * Knowledge of REST API architecture and consumption; * Experience in SQL Server database modeling and programming; * Familiarity with Enterprise Architect tool; * Prior experience using Artificial Intelligence solutions to support systems analysis, technical documentation, estimation, and continuous process improvement. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Communication and Relationship Building; * Analytical Thinking; * Ethical Use of Technology; * Organization and Discipline; * Collaboration; * Autonomy and Accountability; * Adaptability; * Proactivity and Initiative. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 2:00 PM–6:00 PM). **Work Modality:** * Hybrid. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance and/or food voucher; * Transportation voucher for on-site and hybrid employees; * Health Insurance: We offer a special Sul América plan (private room) with no co-payment!
