Your Role on the Team As a Product Engineer, you’ll be responsible for structuring, evolving, and scaling the product, ensuring it is: * Technically sound * Scalable * Observable * Ready to support Growth initiatives **You’ll act as a direct partner to Growth, enabling:** * Metrics instrumentation * Controlled experiments * Rapid iterations with technical safety Responsibilities and Duties **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Technically lead the development of new features and products, focusing on impact and scalability * Engage in full-stack development, participating across the entire product lifecycle * Structure solutions ready for experimentation, metrics collection, and continuous learning * Support Growth initiatives through technical improvements, product adjustments, and ongoing optimizations * Collaborate with UX/UI to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience * Contribute to maintenance, evolution, and refactoring of existing systems * Define and evolve architecture, standards, and best practices * Evaluate and support the adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools * Ensure alignment among business rules, product strategy, and technical implementation You’ll have context, autonomy, and partnership to turn product decisions into high-impact deliveries.
