All united by one purpose: **ensuring market access to hard-to-obtain medications.** **So, if you believe you are an exceptional professional ready to make a difference in our structure and national growth, join us!** **Job Mission** * Ensure the company’s efficient supply, securing optimal total acquisition cost, material quality, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement of procurement processes—directly contributing to business profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end-to-end procurement processes for materials, products, and services. * Conduct strategic quotations and commercial negotiations aiming at cost reduction and improved terms. * Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier relationships. * Negotiate delivery timelines, order volumes, payment terms, and supply contracts. * Issue, track, and ensure fulfillment of purchase orders through final delivery. * Support inventory planning jointly with relevant departments, preventing both overstock and stockouts. * Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency enhancement. * Apply data analysis to support strategic decision-making. **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in procurement. * Strong negotiation skills and strategic vision. * Analytical capability to assess costs and make data-driven decisions. * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and results orientation. * Proactive profile with firm negotiation posture. * Strong communication and supplier relationship management skills. * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP). * Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated history of cost reduction. * Experience in high-demand environments with tight deadlines.
