Reporting to the Vice President Manufacturing Americas \& Global Goodyear Production System, the Senior Director Manufacturing Latin America will be responsible for the implementation/execution of the operational and manufacturing strategies across the region. This position will ensure full alignment to the global and regional manufacturing strategies/objectives \- Delivering the right tire at the right cost with the highest levels of quality and driving overall efficiency through the adoption/utilization of the Goodyear product system, while operating as a zero\-harm culture for our associates and the environment. This includes full accountability for the operations and results of the tire manufacturing plants across the Latin America region. The incumbent will drive business performance in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery and culture through strong cross\-functional interaction with the plant and global teams (including, but not limited to, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Environmental, Health and Safety \[EHS], Supply Chain, Human Resource \[HR] and the Goodyear Product Systems).
