The Sales and Business Advisor role’s primary responsibility is to develop customized strategic plans for each distributor, aligned with Goodyear’s objectives. The professional will engage in prospecting, sales, and after-sales activities, as well as coordinate aspects such as inventory, margins, and commercial strategies. They will also be responsible for professionalizing the distribution network through training, people management, and support in areas such as marketing and performance analysis. This position is based in São Paulo, covering also the regions of Guarulhos, Atibaia, Mairiporã, and Vale do Paraíba/Litoral Norte; requiring availability for up to 30% travel. **What you’ll do** * Provide advisory support to distributors to achieve sales targets, profitability, expansion, and brand presence in target markets. * Identify market trends and competitors’ actions, proposing strategies to boost *sell out* across retail and wholesale channels. * Plan and execute commercial initiatives with distributors, focusing on increasing point-of-sale sales. * Identify needs and conduct training for both internal and external teams of distributors. * Update and maintain the distributor and competitor database, including geomarketing data, pricing, strategies, and marketing initiatives. * Support product launches and ensure alignment with commercial and warranty policies. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales. * Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), or Accounting. * Postgraduate degree and intermediate English proficiency are desirable. **What will set you apart** * Experience in the tire industry. * Strong communication skills and dynamism. * Proficiency in computer applications and technical knowledge. * In-depth understanding of sales processes and routines. * Negotiation techniques and training courses in sales (basic and intermediate levels). * Financial calculations.
