Job Summary: A professional responsible for demounting, mounting, vulcanizing, and inflating tires for vehicles and agricultural machinery, as well as monitoring tire wear. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring tire wear and replacing tires Description: * Completed elementary education; * Driver's license AB; * Preferred experience of 7 to 12 months. * Demount and mount tires for light vehicles, heavy vehicles, and agricultural machinery; * Remove the inner tube from the tire, inflate it using a compressor to locate the puncture, then perform vulcanization on the inner tube: clean the puncture area, apply vulcanizing cement and patch, and place it into the vulcanizing machine; * Inflate the inner tube with the compressor to test the vulcanization at the puncture site, then reinstall the inner tube into the tire, mount it onto the rim, inflate it using the compressor, and reinstall it onto the vehicle; * Inflate tires using a compressor and pressure gauge; * Fill inner tubes of sugarcane transport machinery with water to increase traction and prevent vibration; * Complete the tire replacement form when swapping one tire for another, monitoring tire wear; * Comply with safety regulations by using personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure environmental protection, workplace organization, and maintenance of workstations; 2512260202491353635
