Job Summary: Professional responsible for marketing telecommunications products, conducting prospecting, customer training, sales and inventory management, through on-site visits and negotiations. Proactive profile focused on results *RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit terminals, and acting as a banking correspondent.* **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and market products through customer visits to supply the market and achieve established targets; Collect payments as agreed, process bill payments; Assess the customer's physical product inventory via on-site counting to analyze turnover and propose sales; Create sales orders using a smartphone for registration in the management system; Promote points of sale using merchandising materials to advertise operator products, offers, and promotions; Prospect new customers through visits aimed at product commercialization; Train customers on POS terminal operation and demonstrate its usage; Report daily activity, inventory reconciliation, collections, expenses, and other items. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Experience in the Acquiring Market is desirable; Experience in: customer service, sales, and commercial routines; Proficiency in computer applications and software; Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and availability for travel; Proactive, communicative, and results-oriented profile; **Benefits:** Commission-based remuneration (NO CEILING); Guaranteed variable income for the first three months; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Vehicle rental; Life insurance; Internal training programs. *Work schedule: Monday to Friday – Business hours (with a 1-hour lunch break).* Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
