Experience in technical support; Knowledge of administrative or academic processes; Familiarity with HelpDesk systems; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Basic knowledge of SQL. **Job Details:** Salary: R$1,824.90 + R$75.00 cost-of-living allowance; Transportation voucher; Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 (with possible Saturday work when necessary).
