Curitiba, Brazil Temporary 60\-80% On-site This is where you will shine * Supporting internal customers; * Interfacing with suppliers and business partners; * Working with Microsoft operating systems and the MS\-Office suite; * Providing basic user support (on-site or remote); * Guiding users on the use of systems, tools, and equipment; * Diagnosing and resolving simple hardware and software issues; * Assisting with the installation and configuration of: Computers and laptops, Printers, Corporate applications, and Mobile devices. These are the skills you will need * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology; * Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Knowledge of English or Spanish; * Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; * Availability to intern on-site at the company.
