If you are organized and wish to build your career in this field, this could be an excellent opportunity for you! **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users, assisting in resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT devices; * Assist in network and server management, ensuring proper system functionality; * Monitor and execute data backup and recovery procedures; * Track service tickets and document applied solutions, ensuring activity documentation; * Support the IT team in improvement projects and implementation of new technologies; * Ensure compliance with the company’s information security policies; * Provide support for installation and updating of corporate software. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields; * Knowledge of computer maintenance and equipment installation; * Must reside in Caruaru. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in user support, PC installation, printers, and routers.
