Description

Conduct occupational safety inspections, supervise individual and collective protective systems, ensuring their quality and effectiveness. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor; * Receive supplier samples and oversee testing of PPEs for procurement of newly launched models in the market; * Support planning and delivery of periodic safety training for employees, as well as onboarding for new employees and third-party personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting employee awareness and understanding; * Advise responsible departments on compliance with occupational safety regulatory standards across the entire company, and monitor internal and external signage systems; * Conduct safety inspections at the factory and field sites, assessing potential unsafe conditions and acts, notifying responsible departments or involved employees, and obtaining signatures—aiming to minimize accident risks and enhance employee awareness and sensitivity; * Conduct periodic inspections of the fire suppression system, verifying hydrant and extinguisher systems and arranging for recharging when necessary, as well as conducting theoretical and practical refresher training for the fire brigade;
