Job Description You will control requests for issuing electronic invoices (NF-e and NFS-e), prioritize incoming demands, and validate received information—ensuring timely and legally compliant issuance of electronic fiscal documents aligned with internal customer agreements. **Key responsibilities include:** * Monitor receipt of invoice issuance requests. * Review the Material Invoice Issuance Request Form (NF-e) to ensure it contains all required data and information for document issuance. * Verify that received information complies with Ferro-Nickel (FeNi) billing order data. * Issue Electronic Fiscal Invoices (NF-e). * Review issued NF-e documents to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. * Submit daily dispatch reports. * Analyze reasons for rejection of electronic invoices to identify and correct user or system errors. * Support tax authorities’ requests—including retrieval of issued XML files. * Assist internal customers in resolving questions related to fiscal document issuance. Qualifications **Ideal candidate profile for this position:** * Completed High School education; * Pursuing undergraduate studies in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred. * Intermediate ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of SAP and Aspect systems; * Basic understanding of tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, and IPI); * Basic knowledge of Tax Reform is desirable; * Availability to work on a 3x3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts).
