Focus on quality and reduction of rework in projects LAN Construtora is seeking a professional to serve as a Technical Project Designer / Draftsperson, with emphasis on technical project monitoring during execution, interdisciplinary coordination, and preparation of "as-built" drawings. The professional will support the engineering and production teams in updating project documentation according to construction progress, ensuring field-executed information is accurately reflected in technical drawings. **Main Responsibilities** * Read, interpret, and update architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, and other discipline-related project documents. * Support on-site project coordination by identifying interferences, discrepancies, and necessary adjustments between original designs and field conditions. * Prepare, review, and update technical drawings in AutoCAD and/or similar software. * Develop detailed execution drawings to support the construction team. * Monitor field changes together with engineering, production, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Organize and control project versions, ensuring the team always uses updated files. * Prepare technical documentation and "as-built" drawings, faithfully recording what was constructed on site. * Support the engineering team in interfacing with designers, inspectors, clients, and third parties. * Contribute to improving project information quality, reducing rework, and increasing execution predictability. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education (in progress or completed) in Building Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Experience preparing, reviewing, and updating technical drawings for civil construction projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Strong ability to read and interpret project documents. * Basic knowledge of major construction disciplines: architecture, structure, electricity, hydraulics, and installations. * Organizational skills for managing files, revisions, and project versions. * Detail-oriented, practical, responsible, and capable of effective communication with field teams. * Availability to work in Londrina/PR or Ponta Grossa/PR. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in industrial, commercial, logistics, or medium/large-scale construction projects. * Knowledge of Revit/BIM. * Experience in project coordination. * Experience preparing "as-built" drawings. * Familiarity with construction engineering routines, measurements, RDOs (Daily Reports), and technical documentation. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
